Challenge
Challenge: NanoVech, a manufacturer selling bundle SKU products, struggled with stock counts that didn’t match the books. Month-end close took days because profit-sharing between sales and admin had to be calculated by hand, along with manual tax document preparation.
Solution
Approach: Designed an inventory system with real-time remaining-stock calculation and automatic deduction logic for bundle SKUs. Built a nine-step Python pipeline for month-end close — from P&L calculation, to a CEO approval email with a PromptPay QR code, to automated VAT summaries and tax invoice PDF generation.
